Pricing and Registration:
- Cost: $75 per person (group rate) / $150 per person (single rate)
- Deposit of $25 required at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the class.

- Do I need any prior experience with pressure canning? No prior experience is necessary! This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels, from beginners to those with some canning knowledge.
- What if I need to cancel? If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the class date to receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that we need to cancel the class, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
- What should I wear? Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Can I book a private class? Yes, private sessions are available.
- What safety precautions are in place? We’ll cover all necessary safety practices and techniques to ensure a safe and successful canning experience.
- Can I take home what I can during the class? Absolutely! You’ll take home the jars of canned meat that you prepare during the class.
