Pricing and Registration:
- Cost: $75 per person (group rate) / $150 per person (single rate)
- Deposit of $25 required at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the class.

- Do I need any prior experience with water bath canning? No prior experience is necessary! This class is designed for beginners and those looking to refresh their skills.
- What types of items will we be canning? We’ll focus on a variety of items such as jams, jellies, pickles, and other high-acid foods.
- What if I need to cancel? If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the class date to receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that we need to cancel the class, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
- What should I wear? Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Can I book a private class? Yes, private sessions are available.
- Can I take home what I can during the class? Yes, you’ll take home the jars of canned goods that you prepare during the class.
