Class Offerings
- Basics of Canning: Learn the fundamentals of canning safety, what foods need water bath vs pressure canning, tips, and storage. Available for Private or Group classes. 2 Hours
- Pressure Canning: Focus on pressure canning with a simple project like beef stew. Available for Private or Group classes. 3 Hours
- All-Day Turkey Canning Class: Spend a full day learning to cook a turkey in the pressure canner, followed by canning turkey broth and meat. This class includes additional topics like tips, safety, storage, regenerative farming, diet/nutrition, and more. 6 Hours

Basics of Canning
Private: $150 | Group: $75 per person (3 – 7 participants)
Learn the fundamentals of canning safety, what foods need water bath vs pressure canning, tips, and storage. Available for Private or Group classes.
In this class, you’ll gain a solid understanding of the basics of canning. We’ll cover essential topics such as canning safety, the difference between water bath and pressure canning, and best storage practices. You’ll also get hands-on experience canning juice made from available fruits, and each participant will take home a jar of their own canned juice.

Pressure Canning
Private: $150 | Group: $75 per person (3 – 7 participants)
Focus on pressure canning with a variety of foods. Available for Private or Group classes.
This class will dive into the world of pressure canning, with a focus on different foods each session. Some of the options include beans (great northern, kidney, pinto), meats (chicken, rabbit, turkey, stew, hamburger), broth/stock, soups, carrots, corn, and potatoes, along with a simple project like beef stew. The specific foods will vary from class to class, ensuring a diverse and engaging learning experience. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to expand your canning skills, this class has something for everyone. Participants will take home the products they can during the class.

All-Day Turkey Canning Class
Private: $300 | Group: $250 per person (2 – 4 participants)
Spend a full day learning to cook a turkey in the pressure canner, followed by canning turkey broth and meat. This class includes additional topics like tips, safety, storage, regenerative farming, diet/nutrition, and more. 6 hour session.
Join us for a comprehensive all-day class where you’ll learn to cook a turkey in the pressure canner and then can the turkey broth and meat. This extended session covers a wide range of topics, including canning tips, safety guidelines, storage solutions, regenerative farming practices, diet/nutrition, and more. It’s a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of canning and learn valuable skills. Participants will take home the products they can during the class.
