
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- 2 tablesoons butter
- Aluminum foil (twice as long as chicken)
- Baking sheet
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Center aluminum foil on baking sheet and add 2 tablespoons of butter in center of foil.
- Place chicken on top of butter and cover liberally in seasoned salt. (Mine usually looks like it has a sunburn when I’m done!)
- Wrap foil around chicken to make a foil packet, being sure that the butter and juices won’t leak out.
- Bake wrapped chicken on baking sheet for one and a half hours or until chicken is tender.
