Cheesy Sausage and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh eggs
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese*

Cooking instructions

  1. Brown sausage in skillet over medium high heat. Drain grease.
  2. Crack eggs into pan and cook while stirring frequently.
  3. Once eggs are thoroughly cooked, add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Serve warm.

* We use Fiesta/Mexican Blend cheese to give ours a little different flavor, but you can use whichever kind you like.
